The company grows mainly bananas and comes under the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), which put the adverts on its vacancies page on 21 October 2026. Each advert is for one position, and all three close on 10 November 2026.
The Plantation Manager needs a full Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better, including English and Mathematics, and a bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy, horticulture, crop science, agricultural engineering or a related field. Applications are online, through the form linked from each advert. Get these ready first: an application letter addressed to the General Manager, a CV with referees who can be traced, proof of membership of your professional body and a copy of your NRC. The company also says your qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority before any job offer, and you must be willing to live in Mwense District. Shortlisted people are invited to interview. The adverts don't state pay.
Applying is free and nobody should pay for a job.
